Due to midterms right now I'm arranging my days off accordingly, so I've moved legs to tomorrow, and today I decided to do some posing.

Front Double Biceps - 30 sec.
Front Lat Spread - 30 sec.
Side Chest - 15 sec. per side
Back Double Biceps - 30 sec.
Back Lat Spread - 30 sec.
Side Triceps - 15 sec. per side
Abs and Thighs - 30 sec.
Most Muscular - 30 sec.

Front Double Biceps - 30 sec.
Front Lat Spread - 30 sec.
Side Chest - 30 sec. per side
Back Double Biceps - 30 sec.
Back Lat Spread - 30 sec.
Side Triceps - 30 sec. per side
Abs and Thighs - 30 sec.
Most Muscular - 30 sec.

free posing routine (made up on the spot with compulsory poses and extras like Sergio's overhead arm pose, some of Lee's classical poses, etc) worked on transitions.

Front Double Biceps - 5 sec.
Front Lat Spread - 5 sec.
Side Chest - 5 sec. per side
Back Double Biceps - 5 sec.
Back Lat Spread - 5 sec.

felt good, tough near the end when I was banging them off really quickly.

comments are definitely welcome, especially tips and other poses that you guys have used to incorporate.
