10 minutes of HIIT on elliptical trainer
My eating has been clean. My weight is down to 141 two days in a row! I'm going to break through that 140 mark.... then 135 then 130... etc!
Tonight I will be playing wallyball for a couple hours. I've never played this, but I guess it's similar to volleyball. Looking forward to it!
