This morning I woke up at a wonderful 142lbs. Just a month ago I was 149. The lbs are melting away.
I did 10 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical for the first time. Wow! It was great...really opened my lungs up.
After HIIT I did 30 minutes of yoga stretching.. how relaxing after the cario! I felt so refreshed.
Tonight is Chest/Biceps.
