Another way is to simply go to the main on line journal page, and right click on the link to your journal. Now click "copy shortcut". Then you can right click and paste it where you want it.

If you want it in your sig, hit the "URL" command under the "instant UBB Code" pannel just below the color selction, then right click and paste in the link!
