Get the URL to your journal, then go to your home profile and put it in this tag:

<url=(URL HERE)>My Journal (or whatever you wish)</url>

Replace the "<" and ">" with "[" and "]". I had to put the pointy brackets there because otherwise it wouldn't show up for you to see.
