Rest-Pause/ Bench Press
When rest/pausing on bench press....do you rack the weight or lock out? I have been locking out
but can't seem to squeeze out many more reps...the workout I am doing calls for "eeking" out 3-4
extra reps but I seem to only, barely, eek out 1-2 more.
