Now, just in my opinion, what kind of cream is he using? Do you what to use it for a cut or a bulk? If it's for a cut, definitively get rid of the cream. If on a bulk get the fat free or skim type. The coffee will give you a spike to burn fat a little faster than normal, but the caffeine you can get in one cup is not a lot really.
