Please help ladies!!
I'm 18 years old, and I started running about four months ago. I started at 238 lbs,and I have lost 35 lbs. My problem is that through all of this, I have not been lifting weights to build muscle, and I want to, but I am totally lost on where to start with this. I know nothing about lifting weights.
