I am not giving advice yet understanding. I am 31 yrs old and have been fighting bulemia since the age of 17. I am fairly knowledgable about training (real alot) but never gave it the time it takes to see results. A couple months ago I found myself a great trainer who has also become a close friend and she gave me the motivation to stick with it. I just posted some questions about workout routines (the responses were great - thank you) but the bottom line is I am seeing %BF drops, have energy and feel really good about myself. Just stick with it. I know it isn't easy, truly. I could go on and on.... I am truly touched by the concern that some of the individuals at this forum show. That is great. Use the support that they will give ( I definately will [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]) and don't be afraid. It will get better.
