*Gains - Important QUESTION!!*
Here's the question:
In the past 7 weeks, the following are the gains I've made:
Calves: Gained 0.0"! BUT they look bigger all around. I did the 8 Weeks to Bigger Calves and it sure as hell worked, but I seemed to have gained no mass. Any idea why they LOOK bigger to the eye but the measurements show no difference??
Now, the rest of my gains..
Arms: Gained a half inch each, but the left arm is still lagging .25"
Quads: Gained .25", they're the same size, too! [img]/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
Neck: 0.0", but my traps are getting slightly higher. Any way to measure traps or what is the best way to measure the neck area?
Chest/back: Gained .75" around, measured under the arms
