Serious Advice needed
I am new to weightlifting. For a long time I did cardio etc. for fat loss to no avail. My main goal is to lose bodyfat right now, LOTS OF BODYFAT. I need advice on the best way to do it. I am currently at 29% bodyfat. I would like to get in the 22-24% range.
I eat no white flour, or refined carbs or sugar at all!
I am only 5'2" and weigh 154lbs. I am not sure its so confusing on diets etc.
