How long have you been lifting? Could you give me a glimpse of your workout? I've switched from flat bench to db presses due to shoulder problems and actually like them a lot better. I just moved up to 40 lbers.
I've been doing 1 body part/day w/ 1 hour workout. I lift 5 days/week. I try to do 3-4 different exercises with 8-10 reps where it's tough to get the last 1 done. I do 3-4 sets.
From what I see from the posts, I'm not doing something right, unless you guys have been lifting for years and years. Okay fine, I'm an 'A' personality, and am more competitive (aka hard on myself) than I'm willing to acknowledge.
Help me Obie Won. You are my only hope.
