Ran a timed mile for grade (PE Cond)
(Ran it in 6:00 flat then went to lift but hard shorter lifting time)
Bench Press 4 sets of 8 with 175
Decline (dumbell) 3 sets of 6 with 60's
Pec Deck 3 sets of 8
Dips 3 sets of 8
Tricep Pressdown 3 sets of 10 with 80

Protein Shake with milk
Kellogs Krave Bar

11:30 (Lunch)
