I just started putting together my plan’s for next year.
Have a very broad year outline so far, with a little more detail on the first bulking phase.
Have my diet schedule complete for the first 2 months, but may need some last minute adaptation depending on how well I gain weight.
I’m going for a big bulk, as clean as possible but I’m not going to worry overly about BF. I did a mini/test cut recently and I can drop the BF pretty easily (well down to 9-10% or so)
All that remains is to take my cals up from maintenance, take a week off and hit the 24 mass program starting Jan 7
I aim to get some pre bulk measurements, and self-assessment, (maybe pics if I can borrow the digital camera from work) for the end of the month.
