yes, that is essentially the point. The article is literally meant for the athlete to
analyze his goals and to center his program specifically around those goals. Whether that be lagging bodyparts, perfecting the x-frame, gaining overall mass, or thinning out the skin. Its extremely important for a bodybuilder to not simply workout or eat, but to understand his or her weeknesses and also their main objectives in lifting period.
This way they do not bang their heads, they should have a serious idea of where they want to go.
