I have been listening to podcasts from Ben Pakulski and Dr. Wilson and learning a great deal from them. I eventually came across Dr. Wilson's website and immediately joined to hopefully have access to even more scientifically based information. I am a veterinarian by profession, so I naturally seek out science based information rather than reading articles in magazines that usually don't have much basis for their information.
My quest to better fitness began about 18 months ago initially to lose some fat and just feel better physically. As is the case with many of you I'm sure, my goals have changed to being much more of a body builder. My desire to improve my physique is now what drives me to the gym at least 6 days a week and change my nutrition dramatically.
I am 47 now and have never felt better in my life. I still have a long way to go. I am currently using the Hypertrophy Max system and seeing significant improvements in both muscle gains and fat loss.
