So how do you meditate or what do you do to unwind?
I “sit” if you will. Got to get your mind right if you want to succeed. This is the first step to health IMO. Mind, Body, Spirit in that order and you will succeed in everything you do. If your Mind is right then your Body will have a healthy lifestyle and your spirit will be a peace with your surroundings. When you achieve this happiness follows…always!
