Hi, my name is Errol. I am a Retired disabled vet. I am dealing with PTSD and Severe Depressive Disorder. I'm 54 years old and this bodybuilding stuff has changed dramatically since I lifted. Need to lose 52 pounds to get to my fighting weight. Lost fourteen with diet alone. Do not want to be putting pharmaceuticals in my body for the rest of my lift. Bodybuilding is the only way to make that happen. I am a Believer and believe that Iron sharpens Iron. So, jump in anytime you think you have something to help.

A clean diet combined with progressive overload on basic barbell movements will work wonders for your body composition.
