What Is Your Current Workout Split
What's up everyone?

I am in the process of designing my own workout after following the 13 Weeks To Hardcore Fat Burning. I am proud to say that I saw great gains, lost fat, and now I am inspired to reach new levels! I definitely want to change things up and follow a new workout plan.

I am curious as to what your fitness goals are and what workout split you are following to assist you in accomplishing those goals. Usually, I like to see what other people are doing.

I always change things up, but my current split is:

Day 1 - Chest/Back
Day 2 - Shoulders/Arms
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Chest/Back
Day 5 - Shoulders/Arms
Day 6 - Legs
Day 7 - Rest

Abs every day, cardio every other day.
