I Hope you all are in high moods. I am a computer engineer however follow some healthy rules by taking required breaks between the work.
Few years back I was diagnosed with Spondolytis and I undergone physio therapy couple of times and I do not have any pain unless I do any hard work or ride a bike on bumpy road etc...
With my interest, I have started going to Gym, performing cardio for some time and then doing a light weight exercise. I am not getting any pain but some times when I try to increase bit more weight on the night I feel some pain. I apply heat and I am fine then.
So I want seek suggestion from you experience people that I am I doing correct? Should I continue my pattern of exercise this way? Or should I be doing any different pattern? Or should I follow any particular steps to avoid the pain, please kindly advise.
