Good Morning all
I have just started my 12 weeks transformation diet and training program, looking for motivation and help when I get stuck,
Starting body fat 22%, I want to drop by at least 10%, 12% would be awesome!
Once I have got to a Happier body fat % I would like to stay around 10-12% all year round.:D
