Vacuuming the stomach
It appears I can vacuum my stomach. Its it a good exercise? How does it help me get abs??

It will help strengthen the transverse abdominus which is part of the abdominal muscles. It will help you have better posture and keep your stomach "in".

Now you have me eager. What is vacuum the stomach consist of? I have never hear of it.

Sounds good mate you can surely achieve your goal by doing this,All you need to do its do your exercising in routine.
Maintain your diet as much as you can.And keep yourself active.

Having an ab Vacuum is my dream. Don't know how long will it take to achieve. Right now i am not even 1% closer to it. A Perfect workout for getting an ab vacuum would be:

To perform the stomach vacuum, stand straight, put your hands on your hips, and exhale all the air out of your lungs. Expand your chest, suck your stomach in as much as possible--imagine a vacuum cleaner---and hold. Visualize trying to touch your navel to your backbone. Hold for about ten seconds.

Once mastered, the stomach vacuum can be performed in any position: standing, kneeling, seated, lying, etc. This is a great exercise for those who are desk-bound and want to avoid flabby stomach muscles.
