How to relax
What do you usually do when you feel stress? Well, for me, listening to an instrumental music and performing yoga are the best ways to relax. How about you?

Little/no caffeine really helps. Make sure you get some real downtime if you have a busy lifestyle. Alcohol can give you anxiety. Valerian root for sleep quality. Hope that helps.

Music, 1hour walk.. not only can you relax, you get fresh air and some cardiovascular exercise

Just doing nothing but lying on bed/coach and shutting your mind for a while and stop worrying about all your problems.

I like to use guided meditation. Look up taoist guided meditation, I typically try to do this every morning for 15-30 mins. It's basically just focusing on your breath and giving yourself personal time to get into deep relaxation and kind of avoid of having anxiety being more focused during the day.

Also look up breathing by Dr Andrew Weil. I have the audio book on audible, it's about 2 hours long to listen to. First part is basically him talking about his background, how he helped his patients, etc., which can be skipped. The 2nd part is him teaching you about 5 different breathing techniques in order to improve your breathing, as he calls it deeper, slower, quieter.
