Hello all I'm not new to weight lifting but I'm not where I think I should be. I have to work on eating right. I just need motivation and control of what I eat and drink. I really need to start working on my stomach as I do drink(beer or alcohol).

Welcome to ABC, the fastest way to make improvements in your stomach/abdominals is to clean up the diet. First thing to go would be alcohol and junk food.
