Suggest me please!!!!
I hate waiting 48 hours to work on the muscle groups, instead I just wait 24 hours. I heard it is counterproductive because muscles need time to heal but If I drink muscle milk or creatine , would it okay to work the same muscle groups everyday?:confused:

It really depends on how hard you are hitting a muscle group. If you are doing a light total body workout, than you could get away with hitting it again 24 hours later. If you are really hammering a particular bodypart, you would want to give it 48 hours of rest.
