Just starting
Hello, I just joined and am looking for a way to get in better shape. I have lost 60 lbs walking and am 17 away from my goal weight of 185 but now I want to look good, not just loose fat. so here i am.

I decided on the 12 weeks to burn fat workout and modified 12 week matching diet. I am type 2 diabetic and will work with my doctor to find the right diet plan. I am going to take vitamin C, Creatine, multi-vitamin, whey protein (after work out) and pre-workout drink. Started this morning.

Great, you may want to visit the journal page and start a log of your diet and workouts so members can give you feedback.
