Grew up with this site, to be honest. Was where I originally learned what HARDCORE was all about.

Just wanted to say thanks. IDK nor do I really care about all of the 'science' involved in exercise ( it's so individual anyways, I think) but here I learned the true meaning of FREAKIN HARD and just would like to say thanks.
