Buy dextrose in bulk, buy whey in bulk, mix together for a workout shake.

All other times of day, eat lots of lean meats, rice, and potatoes.

I wouldnt use the brewery dextrose personally, At Canadaprotein they have waxy maize for cheap as well, which I prefer.
