Hello there, I'm here to expand my knowledge and lend it when possible. I've been into physical fitness as long as I can remember... gymnastics, martial arts, skateboarding, boxing... pretty much anything i can get my hands on as far as physical fitness. Lot's of training and "dieting" knowledge.. :rolleyes:
