Natural Testosterone Boosters

Hi all, I am looking for thoughts on Natural Testosterone Boosters. I have seen a lot about these products lately and I am not sure if they are safe and if they are a supplement that I should consider trying. It seems that the bennifits are many (energy, labido, muscle mass gains, weight loss, etc) and I have read a lot of positive reviews online.

Here is the product that I am looking at:

King Fisher High T™ All Natural Testosterone Booster
Supplement Facts:
Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol succinate) 30.00 IU
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 8.00 mg 400%
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 48.00 mcg
Zinc (as Amino Acid Chelate) 1.50 mg

HighT™ Proprietary Blend 900.00 mg **
Testofen® Fenugreek Extract 50% Fenusides **
Trigonella Foenum-graecum Extract 50% saponins **
Eurycoma Longfolia Extract 4:1 **
Rhodiola Rosea Extract 3% salidrosides **

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated,
Lee

I realize I am a little late to chime in on this but I'm going to anyway. It's always a good idea to find out if your testosterone level is normal from your doctor too, that is if you suspect otherwise. At the same time I was shot I suffered a T.B.I. (traumatic brain injury). My mood completely changed and I gained a lot of weight. My doctor tested my testosterone and found that it was only 91! After three months of using the andro-gel my testosterone changed to 53! Since then, a little over a year, I have been giving myself 200mg testosterone injections once a week. My numbers are finally back to the normal range, around 700. And my mood has changed and my weight has gone back to where it was. So just a thought if you've never had it checked. Especially if you're over 40. For what it's worth.

Very old thread but let's wake the site up a bit......

I hate to disappoint you, but there are currently NO natural Test Boosters that will do much of anything.

If you do any research on Testosterone manipulation etc, you will find that even running 250 mg of straight Testosterone doesn't do much for a lot of guys. There is no way ANY natural test booster will ever get you to even those levels so save your money for supps and food that will actually do something for you.

natural

synthetically derived T products always produce unnatural results. they coerce an unnatural body behavior. If this is what you are looking for, you will not find it in natural sources. However...

I posted some below sources which have been proven over centuries to increase t-cell production.

Eurycoma Longifolia Root Powder (Longjack)
Suma Root Powder
Cordyceps Mushroom Powder
Tribulus Terrestris Powder

General studies show about 50% increase in T-cell production

This is the third part of the article, but I think will help address some of your interests.

I have saved to my favorites the 3rd part. The GI was explained a lot better for us laymen terms.[/color]

I tend to agree. However, LongJack supposely at high enough doses will show significant increases. I don't have data to back it up, however, I did speak with a gentlemen who informed me that alot of football players were taking it and seeing increased aggression on the field. I don't know if they were getting any gains (muscle) from it, but if I were gonna try one, that would be it at high doses.

Also there are different types of T. I believe the Free T is what we want for bodybuiding. So, not only do you have to raise the t levels but u also have to make sure the free T is (1). available (unbound not bound to some other molecule) (2). abundant in the blood stream. Problaly if guys would concentrate on those notions first and work with what their bodies natually produce they might see some natural gains significant enought to rant and rave about.

Keep in mind, alot of our T is BOUND to some other molecule therefore rendering it unavailable to be used for muscle building. So, you could have boat loads of T, yet if it is BOUND to other molecules, it can't be used for muscle building. It has to be unbound for our bodies to be able to use it for what we want. Yes, there are supposed products that will help with this situation. If I'm not mistaken older guys like my self are more apt to have this problem more so than the younger. All of this is just pure research, gossip, and a tad, shad, trial and error.
