I was looking for a relatively compete list of Vitamins/Supplements I should make sure to take in the struggle to get the perfect body. Anyone have a list or link etc... Thank you.

Good nutrition is better than any supplement. After that just drinking a post workout shake with protein and dextrose/maltodextrin will get you a long ways. If you are willing to spend a little more money then creatine and BCAAs are helpful.

If you go to the journal section of this site and click on the Complete Dieting Programs link the 13 Weeks to Hardcore Fat Burning article does a good job of covering nutrition and supplements in general. (I would link it but I don't know how to).

Preventing nourishment guidance, Not consuming enough water, Drinking diet soft drinks and drinks, Eating off bigger clothing, Getting to sleep too little or too much...

Newcomers prefer such supplements in the very initial stage therefore better way to not use such type of the supplements because they may be have some adverse effect due to slight steroid so consult the doctor properly.
