My Chest Is Loose How Much Chest Excerices I DO
I have been Training on shapping My chest for Getting Round Pecs.
I am doing Incline Bench Presses and Flys only and Not doing any Flat Bench Press as i already have big chest. I just want to have chest like Flat and Rounded Pecs.
I have been trainging for last 4 months. But i Feel Still My chest is loose. Please help me what is the correct Workout to get a chest like Flat and round pecs looking Very as good as Hero Brad Pitt.
Please Friends Help me.....
I really like this exercise. Although I never see anyone else doing it. It should be a newby's favorite. Use it for your last chest sets.
You don't need a lot of weight and they'll hurt and feel strange at first but stick with them. :)
The exercise Ratcat recommended works great I love doing it with a dumbbell though. :P
Um have you been doing decline bench press or dips? If not you may want to start :)
Loose chest = fat to lose
Keep training hard and watch your diet
