Explosion, Power, Longevity
My primary goal is NOT to develop a sculpted body. However, I will be happy to accept this as a perk to my training. I strive for complete fitness, challenging my body on all fronts. I will not adopt a single training style, but will confuse my body with rotations.
Plan of Attack: - Myofibrillar hypertrophy - Balance of strength, speed, endurance - Reduce injuries by listening to my body, routines don't need to be rigid. After having difficultly training at work and adjusting my schedule, I am building a gym in my garage. I could be limited in my training (due to lack of equipment at present), but I will find ways around these "limitations". |

I'm in the process of building my gym. I currently have a power rack, 300 lbs Olympic weight set, with a utility bench on the way. I don't have near the equipment that I would like to have, but I can make do. |
Garage gyms are the way to go!
A power rack and bench will take you pretty much where you need to go. Everything else is just icing on the cake. |

These were brutal. I had absolutely nothing left. My legs were buckling on the last run. |

Last week was a crazy one. I was very busy, so I didn't get much training time in. I had just a few workouts, even these were limited on time. I do not "designate" a leg day, chest day, etc...I simply work what is next in line.

I have an in-depth 2 car garage place with 1/4 of it devoted to exercise place (spent my whole last night going and organizing). As I collect more things, I have space to develop racks. I've also organized space for a wheel, sandbag, and a keg. I can still get both vehicles in the garage!
