Slow Twitch Potential
 

There's alot of potential it looks like for slow twitch fibers..........

Fast twitch fibers are dark stained, slow twitch light... interesting very interesting... lots of drops sets and supersets for me please!
But is there any validity to this?
Sorry if this has already been brought up.

I agree, training all of your fiber types is ideal for muscle growth. Usually I have more to add, but, I think that is all that needs to be said lol...
