Just a Hello!
My old computer died, which had my password saved on it, and I haven't had access to the email I used to register here for years, so I finally had it fixed (the password issue) so I finally return. Not that I post often outside of my training journal, but either way, tally ho all. I return.
About 8 months ago I broke my arm in a competition bout, and so not being able to work out for about 4 months mixed with insomnia and the spiraling synergy of doom following has left me pretty out of shape, lots of muscle loss, with terrible insomnia, and a lot heavier. I have my work cut out and hope to be a bit more active here as well. |
Welcome back man! Hoping to get more active here myself, hopefully start writing some articles again. :)

Yeah I'd like to get back to writing again, but my articles are of a different academic genre (mostly!). I hope we see more articles around here as well, though i don't know if anything new has shown up in the last 6 months to a year, I've been so awol. |

Aside from being a lifter, and desiring to live the life of an athlete, I suppose I've never mentioned that in the next year I will be going to NPTI for my personal trainers certification and then pursuing another bachelors, this one in dietetics and to becoming a registered dietitian. Needless to say I'm academically interested in these topics and do a lot of hobby research as it is. |
