I would think that variations of lateral raises would make your shoulders look wider. Hit your rear and side delts hard since your front delts are usually more developed since they are hit with the various press movements.

I have been doing lat raises on the low pulley lately and they are great. :)

The diagram is showing decline push ups.

Try lateral raises as suggested and close grip up right rows.

Front raise and shoulder press also build width.

press ups primarily make the chest wider.. if you dont naturally have a pumped look.. a wide looking flat chest is not cool :/
