racerv's Online Journal
Ive been training on and off for a couple years, not being very consistent because of school. My stats right now are:
Bench: 175 lbs x 6 reps Deadlift: 287 x 8 Squat: 155 x 8 I'm trying to up all of those of course but right now I want to cut 10 lbs just so my abs show for summer time :D I wanted to keep track of my cut which i started 3 weeks ago and these are the pictures so far: 3 weeks ago (left)____________________________________________ ______________________________Current (right) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...10217-0914.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...10217-0914.jpg Not much difference, yes I did start tanning. I dropped 5 lbs so far and I'm at 178 right now. Over the past 3 weeks I was taking Animal M Stak and had a low carb diet. Now that I'm done the M stak I'm going to switch it up, my current stack will be: Chromium Green tea extract B6 Cyan pepper Caffeine Current workout routine: Day 1: chest, triceps, shoulders Day 2: cardio + abs Day 3: back, biceps, forearms Day 4: cardio + abs Day 5: legs Day 6: (rest) Day 7: repeat cycle Feel free to ask me anything and give me advise! :) |
1 Week update:
- down 1 lb to 177 - strength is about the same - added BCAAs (Xtend) and ZMA to my supplement list Ill take a progress picture in 3 more weeks, hopefully I can maintain dropping 1lb a week :) |
Nice pictures, I do see some change in the chest and stomach areas. Keep up the good work!

stay motivated man. BCAA is an absolute MUST!! While XTEND is the preferred brand, especially on this site (stuff is good!), I usually buy unflavored Optimum Nutrition, and mix it in gatorade. Its cheaper. Also, If you buy all the ingredients for ZMA seperate (B6, Zinc, Magnesium), its cheaper, and you will get more servings
Also, you have made considerable progress in the past 3 weeks!!! |
Thanks for the encouragement arian :) Ive been slacking the past two weeks with my diet and workouts but I plan to get back on track. I'm graduating university this year so theres been a lot of celebrations, drinking, and hangovers lately haha
