comparing to something like m-stak?

dont buy it. its expensive and a waste of money. stick with protein, creatine, beta alanine and a good diet and that will give you better results. I have never really though of USPlabs as being a very honest/classy supplement company. If you are really wanting to take something like that I would suggest looking into Triazole.
