Haven't had a chance to read it thoroughly yet... thought it was interesting though.

I just don't put any stock in epidemiological studies. They are good for beginning research; but the experimental research on the efficacy of lower carb, higher protein diets is so overwhelming, this is meaningless to me.

uh no more dieting rubbish, if its not bad enough here in uk (since its summer) the tv is promoting low fat EVERYTHING, the only way that would be possible is if intern the higher protein was actually taking him over maintence calorie level anyway
