Weight Loss in One Month
 
I am 21 years old female, about 98 lbs., and 5'0". I am working out 3 or 4 days a week doing either doing cardio or resistance weight training. I usually do cardio for about 30min and leave it at that for the day and on resistance days I go through some bi's, tri's, back, legs and shoulder excercises. I tend to gain weight in my thighs. mid section, and butt. I never had an issue with my weight before however I have recently noticed an increase in my body fat from where it usually is. I just started watching my diet more carefully drinking a soy protein shake a day, cottage cheese, fruit, 7 grain bread, and sometimes lean meats like chicken and fish. I have one month before I need to lose around 10-15lbs. and I am at a bit of a loss. I feel like I have reached a Plataea or something as I think I am working hard and watching what I eat, but I am not losing any weight. I would really appreciate any help, thank you.

i would advice posting up a proper diet, maybe ensuring all carbs in evenings are veg only

more details...

- What exactly do you eat everyday? (specific as possible)
- what does your cardio consist of?
- what does your weight training consist of?
- why do you need to weigh 83-88 lbs?!

I also can't imagine why you would need to weigh in the 80's?
My wife is 5'0" like yourself. She is right about 105 and she is thin and fit. She looks wonderful, my wife would look anorexic is she was 83 lbs.

I would agree that being in the 80's is an anorexic weight, and your comments about being 'fat' in those areas are kind of a red flag. Are you sure that you still need to lose weight?

Did you notice some thing that you had forget? Did you got it or not. Most important thing that you are miss take is water. It is a common and not consider as important. Daily 8 to 10 glasses of water is very useful to burn fat also take green tea to boost metabolism. Use fresh fruits and boiled vegetables these have less level of fat. Use fish, meat, chicken, egg only 2 times in a week. Try to burn more calories as compare to consume.
