Its a prohormone. This isn't like other supplements you can just buy and use, you need to know how it works and how to cycle it properly. Even when cycled properly, there is a good risk of side effects. You should look into it more and make sure you really want to go that route before you take 1-ad or any other PH

i was wonderin about it cause some of my friends are usin it. they told me they are on a 16 week cycle arent you suppose to cycle for no more than 8???

I bet the same genius who recommended it to your friends did not even mention that anybody using this prohormone needs to take cycle support supplements and follow it with a solid pct. In one of your previous posts you mentioned trying to get a ncaa scholarship as the reason for wanting to gain muscle fast. I've seen college sports guys pop positive for steroids during their piss tests while using 1ad. Just something to think about. yea i should have been more specific when i started the thread but i wasnt plannin on taking it i was tryin to get some details on it cause i didnt think it was safe. and yea i am gettin a scholarship and i got to take screening test next year so i would fail if i took it

A prohormone should never be take for periods longer than 3 weeks (MAYBE four). After that time, there is the law of diminished returns and you will see very little gains. But 16 weeks is plain ridiculous. Not only will their testosterone levels be harmed, but they will probably see increases in estrogen levels and see some effect of gyno.
