Do the ladies here like the 13 weeks workout?

i am a long time abc member but i didnt find what i was looking for with a search. i want to know what the ladies here think about the 13 weeks fat burning workout? anyone here have any feed back? my wife is thinking about starting it but is worried about bulking certain areas as she goes for more of a long and lean look.
