Lat Pull Downs
Dead Simple exercise this week one which is great if not able to do pull ups
Grasp cable bar with a wide grip.
Sit with thighs under supports.
Pull down cable bar to upper chest.
Return until arms and shoulders are fully extended.
a good back is the next best thing after legs on a women imo. :)
