ANDRO\'S Journey of CAN and WILL
I decided to start posting on this website after talking with Gabe at the gym the other day. Gabe(Venom) is one of the nicest, most intelligent guys i've ever been around. I post over at bb.com but i'll start posting over here as well. A little background on myself, I will graduate this May with a BS in Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University. I am currently interning in Dr. Huey's lab at the University of Illinois where i'm studying muscle. Next year I will be a GA at Southeast Missouri State where I will be pursuing my MS in Nutrition, Exercise Science. The plan is to come back up here in 2 years to pursue my PhD under Dr. Huey. I've competeted twice and i've picked up 3 third place trophies. I am currently bulking and plan on competing again the summer of '09.

today was the return of the Wizard of Fahs as my partner. his shoulder felt good and it was great having him back. we absolutely killed it today and should feel it tomorrow. two words are in my lifting vocabulary CAN and WILL

one badass workout tonight...i'm a very vocal person when i'm training and tonight i felt as though there were 2 guys kind of mocking me a little bit. i don't take kindly to (!@#$%^&*) like that...and to some people they blow it off because they say those people don't people matter anyway...well that's not the way i think...it makes me train harder and harder because i tell myself every rep is one more rep to taking that person completely out. it might be the wrestler attitude in me idk, but when i get the sense that somebody is poking fun at the way i lift i flip the switch and i'm ready to go to war. anyway, here's how tonight went...
incline bilateral db curls-55's for 12 cross body hammer curls-60's for 8 donkey raises db romanian deadlifts-150's for 20 leg press-715 for 8 abs |

change of plans with cardio. halfway through HIIT, my friends knees started to bother him a little bit so we went ahead and finished with 15 minutes on the elliptical.

Here is my diet...i used to eat a lot of oatmeal but i just got to a point where i couldn't do it anymore. Fahs introduced me to this 94% fat free popcorn and the stuff is great. here is my current diet
Meal 1- Protein shake/2 tbsp peanut butter meal 2- 3 whole eggs/2oz ground beef/1.5 cups of oatmeal meal 3- 4oz chicken breast meal 4- 2 scoops of protein meal 5- 2 tbsp of peanut butter meal 6- 4oz chicken breast 2 slices of cheese 2 wholegrain tortillas bag of popcorn meal 7- Protein Shake/Simple carbs meal 8- 6oz ground beef 2 wholegrain tortillas 2 slices of cheese bag of popcorn my training split Sunday- Cardio Monday- Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Back/Abs (Heavy) Tuesday- Biceps/Legs (Heavy) Wednsday- Cardio Thursday- Chest/Shoulders/Triceps (higher reps) Friday- Back/Biceps (higher reps) Saturday- Legs (Higher Reps) |

Layne introduced me to that popcorn when I first came up here. It is fantastic; loaded with fiber, very filling. I like your split. I often alternate between heavy and light days myself.
