Starting the journal up again after two year hiatus
 
So I stopped using the journal a couple years ago for reasons I can't remember. I'm doing pretty well in the gym, and figured I'd try to keep one up again. I got hurt twice in 2006 (knee and collarbone) so my lifting suffered greatly, but I'm in a pretty good routine again.
