Question on a citation in a JHR article

In reference to the article "Analysis of Nutrient use during Low, Moderate, and High Intensity Exercise" found at http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/Nutri...oningpart3.php, I had a question on one of the papers the authors (Wilson and Wilson) cited on several occasions throughout the article.

Romijn et al. 1993

However, I could not find the full citation, ie the journal name, volume, etc. in the references section. I am doing some of my own research and thought your findings on this issue were very interesting and I would like to look into it further.

If you could provide the full reference I would highly appreciate it. Thanks ABC!

Thanks a lot guys. I have access to AJP through my University so I got it myself. I read through it and indeed, it is an awesome study. It leaves very little doubt about fat/carb utilization at various workloads.
