All in a year (or more), Dictations of my massive body (soon to be) the DC way
EDIT (When I started this journal I had much to learn. I now know DC forever. Learn from my mistakes, feel free to ask questions.) DC starts on page 8.
This is old stuff below start reading on page 8 for DC. I always told myself I needed to keep a journal so here it is. My workout program consist of 2 a days cardio in the morning and weights in the evening. Of course I work third shift so it is really the opposite. My cardio workout consist of 100 pushups, 100 pull ups, abs every other day, and 45 minutes on the treadmill, bike, or cross trainer. (Sometimes the mountain climber) My weight program goes like this: Mon: legs, back (legs to include squats) Tue: Wend: chest, shoulders Thu: Fri: biceps, traps (yep I do them separate from back) Sat: Sun: triceps, forearms Tue, Thu, Sat, are my off days but sometimes I can’t help myself (you know what I mean). Well here goes, for weight it is in order 1-5 according to set. All sets 12-12-8-8-6 LEGS 5 sets of seated calf raises with plates on leg-90lbs 5 sets heavy squats-315-405-475-525-555 5 sets dumbbell lunges-45lbs 5 sets box step ups-45lbs 5 sets stiff leg dead lifts-225lbs Back 5 sets alternating upright rows-65-55-55-45-45 5 sets Arnold presses-65lbs 5 sets side lying dumbbell side delt raises-45-45-35-35-35 5 sets prone dumbbell fly’s-45-45-35-35-25 5 sets one arm cross cable laterals-80-80-70-70-50 5 sets seated cable rows-270-220-220-200-180 Oh yeah baby, that feels good, I’m super pumped. Now I eat then sleep for 9 hours. |

Cardio killed me today after that leg munipulation of mine, it hurt to do pushups, my legs were twitching so bad i think the old lady across from me was laughing under her breath. |

Well wend I had a killer chest and shoulder workout; goes something like this. All sets 12-12-8-8-6.
Chest 5 sets flat bench press 245-275-305-315-325 5 sets decline bench press 275-305-315-345-345 5 sets flat bench dumbbell press 65-75-75-85-95 5 sets dumbbell fly’s 45-55-65-65-75 5 sets machine fly’s 135-155-165-210-220 Shoulders 5 sets full barbell front raises 45-85-85-85-95 5 sets straight arm dumbbell front and rear raises 35-45-45-55-55 5 sets side lat dumbbell raises 25-35-35-35-45 5 sets upright cable pulls (straight bar) 115-135-150-210-215 Oh yeah |

I had to take friday off due to a death in the family but i'll be hitten it hard sunday.

Sunday I had a killer triceps and forearms workout; goes something like this. All sets 12-12-8-8-6.
Triceps 5 sets Adam “old school” ext. 105lbs 5 sets Decline triceps press 125lbs 5 sets Reverse cable press downs 80-105-115-115-125 5 sets Triceps cable press downs 80-105-115-115-105 5 sets Dips behind the back with 45lbs on lap Forearms 5 sets Forearms twist 20lbs 5 sets Thors hammer 15lbs 5 sets Rope Pull 25lb weight attached 5 sets Barbell over a bench wrist curls 55lbs 5 sets One arm cable reverse curls 70-75-80-90-85 On my way to getting massive; nothing can stop me now. He who knows me will fear me; he who does not know me will shake in terror of the mere size of me. (Me) |

I'm pumped going to kick some legs and back tonight; it's going to be insain. I'm going to try to make my quads explode and my calfs burst, and if all goes well my back will grow wings and fly away.
