Hey, ladies! I'm wondering what your fitness goals are? I'm just curious what the ABC ladies are up to!

Ok, I edited my original post because no one was answering. Maybe I asked too many questions in the original, so now I've shortened it. Surely some of you ladies have goals that you'd like to share.

Fitness goals:
Short term: decrease bf% to 15% (elite athlete) Long term: work on symmetry as I increase muscle mass. Work based on results of assessment after cut. Long Long term: through training and diet get to competition shape, not to compete but to push my body to the next level. Amazon |

As most women... lose bf%. I currently need to lose another 5%. Any suggestions?
I was doing too much cardio cuz I started going catabolic =( I gained 3% back of what I had lost. I llove to hear what works for others i.e. diet and excercises. Thanks |

*Bring up delts and lats to improve v taper *Add some junk to my trunk [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] (glutes) *Improve my quad sweep *Add size to my calves |
