Advice for my friend
 
A friend of mine wants to lose fat and that is her sole goal. She has no desire whatsoever to gain muscle so what would everyone recommend for her?

Would the 13 week guide be useful, given that it is written for a bodybuilder?

So, you mean that she wants to maintain muscle mass and lose fat? Sounds like cutting to me! Yep, 13 week..

Good call am, tell her a lb of weight is not a lb of fat, so she NEEDS to maintain lean mass.
