Whipping Cream

What kind of fat is in Whipping Cream? How bad is it for me, as I just pigged out on pumpkin pie and lots of whipping cream! Darn, but was it good.

Not sure of the foodie breakdown numbers but if it tasted that good, then it must have been bad !

But hey, enjoy the moment (sounded like it was worth it !), and now get back to some clean eating.
